What to do once you land !
For airport pickups, do I need to reserve a car in advance or can I call for a car once I land? How long will it take to pick me up?
At SHUTTLE EXPRESS IRIDE, we can provide unscheduled airport pickups. Kindly get in touch with us once you have landed to check our availability. If you would like to ensure availability, we recommend that you book a car 12 hours in advance. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes for the driver to pull up to your terminal.
CANCELATIONS & REFUND POLICY

Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we suggest you do so at least 3 hours in advance for pickups in NYC 5 Boroughs, including Airports and at least 6 hours in advance for pickups in Connecticut, Westchester and New Jersey including Airports. Cancellations made after these time-frames may be subjected to fees.
